Balance training for seniors

Reclaim Years of Aging

People often believe their losses of balance, flexibility, bone, muscle and more are an inevitable result of getting older.

What if it were reversible?

In your 70's, 80's & 90's, Improve posture, retain mobility, increase range of motion, re-learn balance, walking, sitting & standing to stay younger, longer.

We don't have to lose mobility as we age. Senior fitness should not confine you to senior chair exercise classes. A walker doesn't need to be a stepping stone to a wheelchair. What if a walker were a posture and strength training equipment!

We offer personalized senior strength training that will restore your standing and walking balance, correct forward lean, and build the upright posture needed to walk with confidence.

We target the underlying muscle groups that prevent falls and allow you to navigate stairs or uneven ground safely.

We'll work with you on the skills to recover your younger body and ease of movement as long as you can.

Our Over 70's restore posture, improve walking gait and increase flexibility.
